Terry Beatley
President & Founder of Hosea Initiative
Author. Prolife Activist. Patriot.
After working 14 years in investment management and serving as Director of Virginia’s Parental Rights, Terry channeled her tenacity into prolife activism. Following a divinely inspired interview with Bernard N. Nathanson, MD on December 1, 2009, the Father of America’s Abortion Industry commissioned Terry to bring his parting message to the nation.
As a result of this meeting, Terry founded Hosea Initiative, a grassroots organization dedicated to teaching the strategy of how Dr. Nathanson deceived America.
In 2016, Terry published What If We’ve Been Wrong? Keeping My Promise to America’s Abortion King, Guiding Light Books, 2016, and continues to bring Dr. Nathanson’s message to both national and international audiences.
Terry is motivated by a love for the Author of Life. With a passion for Truth, she envisions an END to abortion, uniting America on legal protection of human life in the womb.
Clare studied International Business at the University of Texas, Austin for 3.5 years before earning a BA in Theology and Philosophy at University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. She worked 37 years in youth and adult faith formation.
In October 2017, Clare met Terry Beatley in La Crosse, WI. Terry asked her to construct a business model for a budding non-profit named Hosea Initiative, including writing a counter to NARAL’s “Catholic Strategy” which would direct the energies of Hosea’s prolife outreach. Clare contributes to Hosea in the areas of marketing, graphic design, and outreach from her home in the upper midwest.
With husband Christopher, Clare is blessed with 5 adult children and 6 adorable grandchildren. She loves classical art, music, and ballet. Her passion is to bring the Light of Christ so the world can be transformed by Gospel values.
